Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the sales growth strategy within the West region of the United States. This sales leader is responsible for market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. This individual will manage the sales effectiveness of the independent reps and ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations.

This position must reside in the West region of the US with the ability to travel 75% of the time. Salary range ($135,000 - $170,000).

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements channel go-to-market strategy within diversified customer channels.
• Develops and manages key partnerships with Distribution and Contractors.
• Maintains territory CRM process and Sales Funnel Management.
• Develops regional forecast and countermeasures in West region to keep sales on track.
• Responsible for regional level key account/market-channel management.
• Develops a scalable best in rep class network to effectively serve the market-channel.
• Responsible for price management process at region/rep level.
• Actively involved with national industry groups, such as ASPE and MCAA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or equivalent field required.
• 5-7 years of sales management, product marketing, or related experience.
• Proven experience building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.
• Uses compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.
